A weekend to reset before December

Bürgenstock sits 500 metres above the lake, reached from Lucerne by boat and the historic funicular. We sleep at the Waldhotel, practise in the Bürgenstock Hotel and dine in its restaurant overlooking the lake.

Place

One remarkable place per retreat: a resort above Lake Lucerne, an Engadin farmhouse, a timber chalet above the fog.

Practice

Yoga, breathwork and guided reflection with senior teachers, morning and evening. All levels, small enough for hands-on guidance.

Pace

Time between sessions is yours. Spa, a walk, a book. Rooms, meals and transfers are arranged. Phones optional.

Shared or single, in the room category you prefer. Every retreat has a fixed number of places.

Reserve or pay in full

Reserve your place with a CHF 500 deposit and pay the balance by invoice, or pay the full price at checkout.

Receive your ticket

By email, with the retreat dossier, arrival details and what to pack. Transferable until 14 days before.
